Many members will be aware that Warrington Branch Member, Harry Critchley suffered a Stroke on June 16th this year just 2 days before he and Christine were due to join other members on the trip to St Marie and the Eifel. Below is a short note from Harry that arrived to late for the lastest Newsletter:
Friends Make All The Difference
Following my stroke, June 16th, I am now so much improved that I’ve been allowed home with physio support. I would like to take this opportunity to THANK all members for their kind regards and good wishes, via card, email and telephone, and I’d like to assure them that, if I’ve got anything to do with it, I will continue to improve so that I can get back to joining friends and colleagues for Society meetings. Harry.
